This week saw the opening of Design Orchard, the new 2.5-storey space through which Enterprise Singapore and the Singapore Tourism Board aim to promote and mentor small, design-oriented local businesses. Between a retail space run by Naiise that stocks the wares of over 60 Singaporean-based brands, a fashion incubator program run by the Textile and Fashion Federation, and a rooftop designated for special events, we've no doubt that Design Orchard will become a mecca for both locals and tourists seeking the best Singapore has to offer.
