How do I make an order?
Select your preferred colour, size and quantity, and select ‘Add to Cart’. You may continue browsing, or if you would like to complete your order, click into ‘My Cart’ on the top right corner to check out.
What currency are the prices shown in?
All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars by default, but you may select the currency you would like to view the prices in at the top right hand corner of the web page. Currency conversions are available in US Dollars, Euros, Israeli Shekel and Australian Dollars.
What if an item is displayed as out of stock?
Do not fret! Cross your fingers and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name, as well as the colour and size preferred and we will double check our inventory of its availability.

What are the available modes of payment?
We accept Apple Pay, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit and credit cards.

How do you ship locally?
We provide free delivery by our trusty courier, Yamato Transport for all deliveries within Singapore, except to these restricted areas.
How long does local delivery take?
We take 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order.

Do you ship internationally? What are the rates?
We currently offer worldwide delivery via Singapore Post at a flat rate of SGD $30.
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, handling costs, and other fees; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable. Please note that our shipping rates do not include any duty or taxes that may be incurred. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.
When will my international order arrive?
International shipments typically take 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the speed of customs. Shipment delay may subject to public holidays and festive peak period.
How can I track my order?
We will notify you via email the confirmation of your purchase with a tracking number once the parcel has been arranged. You may visit Yamato Transport for local orders or Singapore Post for international orders, for your delivery status.
How do I return an internationally shipped order?
We cannot provide return shipping labels on international shipments, and therefore international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a service that offers tracking so we may keep track of your returns. Please drop us an e-mail for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have not received my order. Who can I contact?
You may track your order with the given tracking number at Yamato Transport for local orders or Singapore Post for international orders. If you are unable to do so, please drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we will run a check for you.
